Heim’s Auto Detailing – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Heim’s Auto Detailing. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing high-quality auto detailing services. Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they govern all services provided by Heim’s Auto Detailing.

1. Payment Terms

• Payment is due within seven (7) days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept payment via Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or online credit/debit card payments.

• All online credit or debit card transactions are subject to a 2.9% processing fee, which will be added to the total invoice amount.

• Failure to remit payment within the specified timeframe may result in additional fees or refusal of future service.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be scheduled through our official booking platform or by phone.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• Heim’s Auto Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to changes in availability, weather conditions, or operational conflicts.

• Due to scheduling constraints related to the owner’s attendance at Fire Academy and the 2025–2026 school year, appointment times may be subject to adjustment. Customers will not be charged for any changes initiated by Heim’s Auto Detailing.

3. Personal Belongings Liability

• Customers are solely responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicle prior to the scheduled service. This includes, but is not limited to, items located in the center console, glove compartment, trunk, and any storage compartments.

• Heim’s Auto Detailing will not handle, move, or organize personal belongings due to liability concerns.

• Any areas containing personal items will not be cleaned or detailed.

• Heim’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

4. Service Disclaimer & Liability

• Heim’s Auto Detailing strives to deliver the highest quality results; however, outcomes may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, age, and prior maintenance.

• Heim’s Auto Detailing is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, paint defects, worn materials, or improperly installed parts.

• By agreeing to services, the customer acknowledges that certain imperfections may not be correctable through detailing alone.

• Heim’s Auto Detailing accepts responsibility for any direct damage caused to the vehicle as a result of negligence during service.

• Liability for such damage is limited to the cost of the service provided or the reasonable cost of repair, as determined at Heim’s Auto Detailing’s discretion.

• Under no circumstances shall liability extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• The business owner operates independently, and no liability shall extend to the owner’s parents or guardians.

5. Referral Program

• Referral incentives and discount amounts are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• Discounts and promotional offers are non-transferable and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

• Referral discounts will only be issued once the referred customer has completed and paid for a service.

• If a refund is issued for a service associated with a referral, any related referral discount will be voided.

6. Privacy Policy

• Heim’s Auto Detailing respects customer privacy and handles all personal information in accordance with applicable laws and best practices.

• Customer information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

7. Customer Satisfaction

• Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify Heim’s Auto Detailing within 24 hours of service completion.

• We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any concerns.

8. Changes to Terms

• Heim’s Auto Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Updated Terms & Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or booking platform.

9. Agreement to Terms

• By submitting a service request form, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise engaging Heim’s Auto Detailing’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• Such acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Heim’s Auto Detailing.
